Content License: By sharing your biodata publicly, you grant SmartBiodata a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Our IP: SmartBiodata, including all software, design, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Templates: All biodata templates are the property of SmartBiodata.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software.

AI Suggestions: Our AI features provide content suggestions to enhance your biodata.

No Guarantee: AI-generated content is provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use.

Rate Limits: AI features are subject to usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We use Firebase (Google) for data storage and security.

Your data is encrypted and stored securely.

You can delete your account and data at any time.

SmartBiodata operates on a premium pricing model with various plans available.

Pricing and features are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy, available on our website.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

AS-IS Service: The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.

No Warranty: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
